Rest assured that when you approve a contract to work with TDA, the research will result in a solution using the best methods and techniques available and in compliance with NIST 800-171 policies for the handling of Confidential User Information (CUI) and all contract requirements.
TDA is a privately held U.S. small business. TDA is fully compliant with U.S. export control regulations and has an approved Technology Control Plan (TCP) for handling export-controlled items.
TDA’s accounting system is audited by DCAA and is able to accept cost plus fixed fee (CPCC) contracts.
